We created a campaign announcing the fact that the Nissan GT-R is slaughtering the competition when it comes 0-60mph times. We seeded this aggressive campaign online through a car journalist asking the question if they where real or fake ads? This then snowballed as it got discussed by dozens of automotive journalists, forums, and websites becoming a massive talking point around the online car community. They where naturally shared on a series of very popular sites such Pinterest as well as 9GAG and ended up going completely viral.
It cost us the price of some odd cuts of meat to create and we spent zero on media. If you google Nissan GTR ads it ranks higher than any other GTR campaign including the ones where millions were spent on media and Hussain Bolt to star in.
